EDI Claim Submissions and Status:

The best way we can deliver on these goals is if providers are able to submit their claims to us electronically and are able to interact with us electronically. We can receive real-time claim status and eligibility requests via Change Healthcare. If you need additional assistance with the information on the Realtime response, please email Customer Service.
